Sehar is an expert in rural development, disaster management, capacity-building, rural food programs, and welfare economics.

Saulye has been appointed as Vice Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Ministry for two times between 2008 and 2012, and 2016 to present. Her political career started in 2000 as she became general coordinator at the entity responsible for Government service. In 1987, she has graduated from Pushkin State Russian Institute as a Russian Language teacher.

Sara is the Director of IFAD’s Research and Impact Assessment Division. Starting in 2016, Savastano worked at the World Bank as Senior Economist with the Development Economic Research Group. From 2008 to 2016 she was an Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. After working from 2001 to 2005 with the Development Economic Research Group of the World Bank, Savastano was an economist at the Public Investment Evaluation Unit of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance until 2008.

Reginald is Director of Partnerships at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that catalyzes action on inclusive agricultural development in South-East Asia. The platform convenes governments, farmers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create value chain projects and transform their commodity sectors to improve smallholder farmers’ productivity, incomes and environmental sustainability.

Ramon heads UnionBank of the Philippines’ newly-created Platform Development unit. Here, he is responsible for delivering on a strategy to embed the banking experience into emerging ecosystem platforms, as part of the bank’s larger vision to become a technology company with banking utilities. 

Patrick  is an industrialist with over 20 years’ experience in operating and managing large factories in the printing industry in France. His industrial printing operations has required strong expertise in manufacturing, equipment operation, supply chain/value chain management, distribution / logistics, and sales.

Mustafa is currently full-time Professor of the Department of Horticulture at the University of Akdeniz Antalya, Turkey.

Montserrat holds a Ph.D. in Economic History (2015, Lund University, Sweden) and is currently a lecturer in Global Economic History, with focus on Asia, at the University of St Andrews (UK).   Montserrat has been associated to the Centre for East and South-East Asian Studies at Lund University since 2005; first as a Master student and later on, as a teacher, while employed at the Department of Economic History.  She also held a position as Programme Coordinator of the Bachelor’s in Development Studies (BIDS).

Mihir is a co-founder of Samaj Pragati Sahayog (SPS), one of India's largest grassroots initiatives for water and livelihood security, which works with 122 partners on a million acres of land across 72 districts in 12 states.

Over the last 15 years, Mekhala’s research, publications, policy and professional engagements have involved work within and across a range of field sites and subjects, including women's courts and dispute resolution, community health workers and public health systems, agriculture and agricultural markets, and water, livelihood security and land acquisition. This has placed her in a variety of roles at the intersections of and in partnerships between academia, public policy, government, the private sector, and grassroots civil society organizations.
