Elma Zahir brings with her more than 10 years of extensive background in managing high-impact operational initiatives. She leads the Geo-Enabling initiative for Monitoring and Supervision (GEMS)’s engagement in South Asia as well as its Communications and Knowledge Management agenda. Before joining the GEMS team, she worked for OPCS on the Corporate Scorecard to monitor development outcomes, performance, and results of World Bank operations. She also supported the management of and led the communication efforts for the World Bank Group Results Measurement and Evidence Stream initiative.

Wesley De Witt is a Geographer and founding member of the World Bank's Geo-Enabling Initiative for Monitoring and Supervision (GEMS).  He leads the GEMS engagement in the East Asia & Pacific Region and heads a team of geographers, developers, and technical specialists dedicated to furthering the support the GEMS team offers to its partners and clients globally.

Mildred is a consultant at the Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department of the Asian Development Bank working on gender, labor, poverty, and SDG measurements. Before joining the bank, she worked as a Supervising Statistical Specialist at the Philippine Statistics Authority and National Statistical Coordination Board.
