Alanna Jayne Inserra is a Senior Social Development Specialist with the Asian Development Bank's Fragility and Engagement Division. Seconded from Plan International, Alanna leads ADB's work on meaningful youth engagement with a focus on empowering young people, particularly marginalized young people, in climate action.

Sharon Kane is the Director of Sub Region for Plan International overseeing South Asia and the Pacific Nations. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Country Director of Plan International Vietnam for the previous 6 years. Sharon has a strong commitment and belief in social justice, gender equality, inclusion and child rights - particularly for those from the most marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds. Sharon has more than 20 years of experience working in both the development and humanitarian setting.

Sitting at the junction of technology and development, Bo Percival is a self-proclaimed ‘giant nerd’. Bo has worked extensively in digital development internationally in Education, HIV, LGBT rights, Youth Development and WASH. Bo has a Ba. in economics and marketing and is currently completing a masters in behavioural economics.
