Annelise Avril

Before joining Keolis Group, Annelise led the SUEZ Group Research & Innovation strategy and programs. Drove the Group's digitalization in the areas of operations, customer experience, new products, and services.

She also chaired the Corporate Ventures Capital fund and the start-up Origins.earth. She also chairs the Corporate Ventures Capital Fund. 

Jeff Taylor

Jeffrey Taylor is the Deputy Director General, Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department. He also serves as ADB's Chief Procurement Officer representing ADB in the MDB Heads of Procurement forum. Jeff has been working on the public procurement of infrastructure projects for 36 years, the last 16 years of which have been with ADB.

Catherine Mary Schooling

Dr. Mary Schooling joined the School of Public Health at HKU in 2002 as a part-time teaching assistant after obtaining a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from University College London (UK) following a career in IT and Operations Research starting at IBM. Dr. Schooling is also a Professor at CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, City University of New York. She is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health (BMJ Publishing Group) and of PLoS ONE, a Preventive Medicine Editorial board member, and an Advisory Editor for Social Science and Medicine.

Catherine Santiago

Ms. Catherine Santiago is the Unit Head of portfolio Management of the East, Central and West Asia Team of the Energy Sector Office. She has more than 20 years of experience in public and private procurement management, including the development of new Procurement Policies and Regulations. She earned her Master of Science (MSc) in Management with Specialization in Operations, an MSc in Engineering Science from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Hartford, Connecticut, USA; and an MBA with specialization in Finance from the University of Connecticut, USA.

Knowledge Partnership for Clean Energy: Workout on the Indonesia Center of Excellence

This knowledge workout to support the establishment and operationalization of the Indonesia Center of Excellence for Clean Energy served as the first pilot test case of ADB’s “knowledge department” in applying the integrated knowledge partnership building strategy on operational needs that will produce next generation investments and finance using ADB’s “Finance ++” and “One ADB” approaches. ADB's knowledge department comprises of the Energy Sector Group, Knowledge Sharing and Services Center, South East Energy Division, and the Private Sector Operations Department.

Lin Lu

Lin Lu is appointed Advisor, SEC and Head, Information Access Unit, Office of the Secretary (SEC), effective upon assumption of office. Ms. Lu, a national of the People’s Republic of China, holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, from Drexel University and Temple University, USA, respectively. She also holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy Engineering from Northeastern University and the University of Science and Technology of Beijing, respectively, in the People’s Republic of China.
