After graduation, Yusuke started his carrier as an engineer and a flight controller for Japanese Experiment Module, “Kibo” in the International Space Station program in JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency).

After engaging in the development of equipment for the module and the real-time operation in the program, he was assigned to the Satellite Applications and Promotion Center of JAXA and engaged in the promotion of satellite applications.

Nikhilesh is a passionate leader with first-class communication skills and a long track record of successful management. He is currently the Managing Director of Windforce Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this he worked as Director for Emergent Ventures India and served as Managing Director of 3TIER India.
