After graduation, Yusuke started his carrier as an engineer and a flight controller for Japanese Experiment Module, “Kibo” in the International Space Station program in JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency).

After engaging in the development of equipment for the module and the real-time operation in the program, he was assigned to the Satellite Applications and Promotion Center of JAXA and engaged in the promotion of satellite applications.

He joined ADB as a secondee from JAXA to promote satellite applications to ADB's activities by implementing technical assistance with remote or supporting other staff to conceptualize its applications to their projects.
