Battur Lkhagvaa is a Director General in the National Center for Public Health in Ministry of Health, Mongolia.

Ms. Jorybell A. Masallo is the Assistant Weather Services Chief of the Impact Assessment and Applications Section at DOST-PAGASA. She leads climate impact assessments for agriculture and provides climate information to support decision-making in vulnerable sectors. She is involved in key projects on climate change adaptation, impact-based forecasting, and frost risk assessment. Her section is currently involved in developing heat health warning system.

Jonas Karlström, Associate Professor & Core Lead, Innovation Science for Global Health, Sing Health Duke-NUS Global Health Institute is a Swedish MD trained in pediatrics and a global health professional with more than 15 years of experience in health innovation, health, international development, policy, and global health. 

Jason Lee is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physiology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He directs the Heat Resilience & Performance Centre and co leads the Human Potential Translational Research Programme. Jason studies the physiological demands associated with passive and exertional heat stress and how humans adapt to ensure optimum performance and survival. Over the past 2 decades, knowledge gained from his research has been translated to several local and international polices across various governmental agencies.
