Jan Aura Llevado is the Division Chief of Cancer Control Division in the Department of Health (DOH), Philippines.

Ms. Thuy Bich Tran is the country director of HelpAge International in Viet Nam. She holds a master's degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the development sector, with 25 years specifically focused on ageing. She is one of the founders of community based, relevant, comprehensive and sustainable model in Viet Nam, so so-called Intergenerational Self Help Club (ISHC), which promotes healthy and active ageing in Viet Nam, using a community-driven development approach.

Prof. Dr. Siripen Supakankunti is a distinguished Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, and a leading authority in health economics with over 35 years of international research experience. She is the former Director of the university's Centre for Health Economics (a Center of Excellence) and the former Program Director for the MSc in Health Economics and Health Care Management. Her influence extends globally through her work as a consultant across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Professor Chen earned his MD from National Yang-Ming University School of Medicine (1989-1996) and PhD from the Institute of Health Policy and Welfare, expanding his expertise from biomedical research to public policy. After practicing orthopedic surgery at Yuan-Shan Veterans Hospital (1996-1998) and completing family medicine residency at Taipei Veterans General Hospital (1998-2003), he pursued international academic exposure as a Visiting Scholar at Oxford University's Department of Clinical Geratology in 2005.
