Jacqueline Frances Flores Momville

Dr. Jacqueline Frances Flores Momville specializes in the field of public health leadership and governance focused on local health systems and organizational development to provide quality and equitable health services aimed at improving lives of people especially the underserved. The last ten years of her public health practice focused on community-based health, mentoring and coaching of leaders for health, program and training development, competency assessment and enhancement, strategic planning and implementation, and organizational management and development.

Perdinan Perdinan

Dr. Perdinan is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Meteorology and Geophysics at IPB University and the Deputy Director for Administration of the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Tropical Biology (SEAMEO BIOTROP). He is also currently a technical expert of the NDC Indonesia, part of the technical expert team of GEF OFP Indonesia, and the technical team for disaster risk assessment of the National Disaster Management Agency.

Frances Ng

Frances has more than ten years of global experience in health systems, predominantly within Australia, the Pacific, and the Middle East. Her most recent roles have involved providing comprehensive and specialist health consultancy services and advice to health authorities, other public sector agencies, and a range of public, private, and not-for-profit healthcare service providers and private investors.

Opening Remarks - Conference on Measuring and Achieving Universal Health Coverage with ICT in Asia and the Pacific

ADB President Takehiko Nakao in his speech touched upon three issues: (i) why strong health systems are important for development in Asia and the Pacific; (ii) why ICT is the key to strengthening health systems; and (iii) how ADB will contribute to promoting universal health coverage in developing member countries.
