Do Tuan Dat is a vaccine scientific, production, and business adviser in the Company for Vaccine and Biological Production (VABIOTECH) where he is responsible as a Senior Consultant. In this position, he consults all the R&D, quality management, production, and business activities in VABIOTECH. Before working at VABIOTECH, he studied at the Clinical Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases, Vietnam where he conducted research in the field of tropical and infectious diseases.

Before ADB, he worked with Gavi as a Technical Advisor, Pandemic Preparedness and Response in the Policy Design team of the Office of the COVAX Facility. He also briefly consulted for UK FCDO's Center for Disaster Protection on the evolving global architecture of pandemic policies and financing.

Svilen Konov has a degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has worked as a clinical trials methodologist on drug development, predominantly in the field of HIV and HCV as well as concomitant diseases, with large pharmaceutical companies and has developed research protocols and analysis plans. He has experience working with the EU regulator, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) on drug approval. In addition. Svilen worked with the World Health Organization on Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Hani Kim is the Executive Director of the RIGHT (Research Investment in Global Health Technology) Foundation. She completed her PhD in Lab Medicine and Pathobiology at the University of Toronto, Canada, her post-doctoral training in molecular immunology at the Max-Planck Institute of Immunology, Germany, and her MPH at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, U.S.A. Before joining the RIGHT Foundation, Hani worked as a Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and as a Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
