James Lang is the Senior Specialist on Gender-based Violence for the Gender Equality Division at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) where he provides leadership for preventing gender-based violence across ADB operations and knowledge work. James has over 25 years of experience promoting gender equality and preventing gender-based violence through policy and programming with international organizations and the UN System, primarily in Asia and the Pacific.
