Jeff Taylor

Jeffrey Taylor is the Deputy Director General, Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department. He also serves as ADB's Chief Procurement Officer representing ADB in the MDB Heads of Procurement forum. Jeff has been working on the public procurement of infrastructure projects for 36 years, the last 16 years of which have been with ADB.

Diana David

Diana Wu David has broad experience across corporate and venture capital, management consulting, and startups in and outside of the corporate structure. She sits on the boards of DaVinci Labs, NEST.vc and the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and is an angel investor in media, education and consumer startups. She also founded and leads the Financial Times Executive Education initiatives in Asia-Pacific, including the flagship Financial Times Non-Executive Directors Diploma.

Alfred Hannig

Alfred Hannig is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), a global network of policymakers and regulators dedicated to providing the world’s 2 billion unbanked safe access to the formal financial system through smart policy initiatives. Before officially launching the initiative in 2008, Dr. Hannig spent three years leading the design and development of AFI’s unique institutional peer-to-peer cooperation model, aimed at scaling up financial inclusion policy and regulatory solutions that have proven successful in developing and emerging countries.

Alex Chen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Risk Transfer Solutions (ARTS), a Singapore-based technology company founded with the mission of establishing insurance for the masses in Asia. From product design to portfolio management and more, ARTS helps insurers build new digital business strategies in the areas of Natural Catastrophe and Agriculture Insurance, geared at increasing risk protection levels of entire communities.

Junkyu Lee

Junkyu Lee is currently serving ADB’s financial sector operations as Chief of Finance Sector Group. He is an economist of seasoned policy-making experience and knowledge in financial development and stability, and international economic policies. Since 2013, he has been leading policy and operational discussions on Asia’s banking sector stability, NPL resolution and capital market development in ADB.

Dae Kyeong Kim

He is a consultant of the Sustainable Development and Climate Change (SDCC) Department of ADB. He has over 35 years of experience in energy sector, working internationally with development organizations, governments, private sectors and research institutions. He worked for ADB as a senior energy specialist (Smart Grids) from 2017 to 2020. He holds a MSc degree in electrical engineering from the Han Yang University (Korea).
