Tomoki Fujii

Tomoki Fujii is Associate Dean (Undergraduate Curriculum) and Associate Professor of Economics at School of Economics, Singapore Management University. His main areas of research include development economics, environmental economics, health economics, and applied statistics. His papers have appeared in leading journals in these fields. His current research projects include several impact evaluation studies in human capital interventions in South and Southeast Asia.

Gem Castillo

Gem Castillo is currently the President and Chairman of the Board of the Resources, Economics and Environment Center for Studies (REECS). He is also concurrently the President of the Resources and Environmental Economics Foundation of the Philippines (REAP) and the National Director of the Economy and Environment Group Philippines (EEG), the country institution partner of the Economy and Environment Partnership in Southeast Asia.

Jonathan Gilman

Jonathan Gilman has worked with the United Nations for 19 years. His assignments include working with the UN at the global level in UNDP’s Bureau for Development Policy; at the regional level as Regional Development Coordinator with the UN Environment Programme (current position) and prior to that as Regional Economist with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization. At the country level, Jonathan worked with the UN peacekeeping mission in East Timor (United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor) as an Environmental Affairs Officer and in UNDP’s Indonesia Country Office.

Partha Dasgupta

the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom; Fellow of St John's College, Cambridge, and Visiting Professor at the New College of the Humanities, London. His research interests have included welfare and development economics; the economics of technological change; population, environmental, and resource economics; social capital; the theory of games; the economics of global warming, and the economics of malnutrition.
