Yoeung Visal

Yoeung Visal is currently the Government Liaison Officer for Cambodia of the WWT. He was technical officer for 6 years at the Department of Freshwater Wetland Conservation of the  General Directorate of Administration for Nature Conservation and Protection, Ministry of Environment of Cambodia.

Niu Zhiming

Niu Zhiming is responsible for managing and implementing projects for the environment, natural resources, and agriculture sectors at ADB People’s Republic of China Resident Mission. He is also the resident mission’s focal for Global Environment Facility programs as well as biodiversity and climate change. He holds a PhD in watershed management and earned an executive MBA degree from CEIBS in Shanghai.

Rachael Martin

Rachael is an Environmental Scientist at Geosyntec Consultants. She also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at NSW Health's Health Risk Assessment, Environmental Health Branch. 

She also worked as a Technical Officer of the Non-metropolitan Contaminated Sites Section technical Officer - Non-metropolitan Contaminated Sites Section
NSW Environment Protection Authority. 

Katinka Weinberger

Katinka Weinberger is the Chief of Environment and Development Policy Section (EDPS) in UNESCAP. As Chief of EDPS, she is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and implementing ESCAP’s work program in the area of environment, especially on climate change, water and oceans and provides leadership in formulating and coordinating ESCAP’s response to the 2030 Agenda.

Junyi Zhang

Professor Junyi Zhang is a professor at Mobilities and Urban Policy Lab of Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering, Hiroshima University, Japan. He is also the Director of  Center of Asian Sustainable Mobility Research at Hiroshima University, Japan. Prof. Zhang’s research fields include transportation planning, urban and regional planning, traffic engineering, environment and energy policies, tourism policy, and health policy in the contexts of both developed and developing countries.
