Mr. Davaadorj is Head of Investment and Development Planning Division, Governor’s Office of Orkhon province, Mongolia. As a young local leader, he has been working for the Governor’s Office of Orkhon province for more than 10 years and is responsible for designing development policy and investment planning for economy, mining, agriculture, environment and tourism, construction, urban planning, land management, and infrastructure in the province. With his educational degrees from Finance and Economics University and National Governance Academy, Mr.

Ms. Athita Komindr is head of the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific. She manages UNCITRAL’s technical assistance and capacity building programming available to over 50 states in Asia and the Pacific, namely least developed, landlocked developing and small island developing states. In that capacity, she coordinates with governments and international and regional organizations with respect to trade law reform activities.

Professor Junyi Zhang is a professor at Mobilities and Urban Policy Lab of Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering, Hiroshima University, Japan. He is also the Director of  Center of Asian Sustainable Mobility Research at Hiroshima University, Japan. Prof. Zhang’s research fields include transportation planning, urban and regional planning, traffic engineering, environment and energy policies, tourism policy, and health policy in the contexts of both developed and developing countries.

Dr. Michael Wegener is a retired Professor and the former Director of the Institute of spatial Planning at the Faculty of Spatial Planning of the University of Dortmund, Germany. He is also a partner in Spiekermann and Wegener, Urban and Regional Research (S&W), since 2001. His main research fields are urban and regional development, European urban systems and transport networks. In particular, his research covers the land-use transport interface in cities and regions and the regional impacts of European transport infrastructure.
