ADB Data Room: Emerging Areas Sustainable Solutions Initiatives

The Pacific Renewable Energy Investment Facility (PREIF), a technical assistance (TA) of the Asian Development Bank is designed to finance a number of small value renewable energy projects in 11 small Pacific Island countries (PIC-11). The facility aims to support PIC-11 to have greater access to financial and TA resources in order to achieve their renewable energy targets faster, for the countries to be able to swiftly and more efficiently process financing and to have more private sector engaged in projects.  

Jerome Le Moigne

Sabella's Sales Director since October 2021, Jérôme has a Master’s degree in electrical engineering. He started working in Italy for 5 years for a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group as a Quality Manager and International Project Manager. He then joined the General Electric group (Oil and Gas French branch) where he spent 17 years in various management positions ranging from Sales Manager of Service business to Product Manager for the technical and commercial development of integrated compressors and then to Sales and Marketing Director for the sale of new compressor units.

Christophe Nappez

Christophe Nappez obtained a BSc in physics at University College London and then an MBA from ESSEC Business School Paris. He started his career in the photovoltaics industry in Tokyo, Japan, before joining EDF in Paris as a project manager for rural electrification in developing countries. Then, after a few years as product manager for energy efficiency in the EDFs marketing department, he moved to EDF’s transmission engineering center where he is business development manager for South-East Asia.
