David Chiaramonti is a full professor of Energy Systems at the Polytechnic of Turin. He also teaches Bioenergy Conversion Technologies at the University of Florence. He is chairman of the Renewable Energy COnsortium for R&D (RE-CORD). His main scientific interest is on the production and use in engines/turbines of biofuels, either liquid, gaseous, or solid and on bioproducts, mainly focusing on thermochemical biomass conversion and process development.

Mr. Liu obtained his PhD in Business Administration from the Xi’an Jiaotong University. Since 2017, he has been the General Manager
of Shaanxi Xixian New Area Fengxi New City Energy Development Co., Ltd.

Alessandro obtained his Ph.D. from Imperial College London in 2010 and since 2014 he has been appointed as Assistant Professor in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and as Cluster Director on Multi-Energy Systems and Grids (Thermal Energy Systems) at the Energy Research Institute @ Nanyang Technological University (ERI@N).
