Henrik Fleischer

Henrik Fleischer is a founder and Executive Chairman of Karbon CCS Ltd, and co-inventor of certain of its carbon capture patents. Henrik has been working to commercialise carbon capture since 2006, upon successfully selling the ship-owning company that he had founded in 1997. While a shipowner, he also led a maritime agency and advisory company as exclusive agent for Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding and Sembcorp Industries.

Tom Morley

Tom Morley leads on international CCUS engagement and strategy at the UK Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Tom acts on behalf of the UK as Co-lead of the CEM CCUS initiative (alongside the USA, Saudi Arabia and Norway) and further represents the UK in key international CCUS fora. Tom has worked in both public and private sector settings, previously providing environmental and sustainability assessments in the UK.

Sika Gadzanku

Sika Gadzanku is an energy technology and policy researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. She leads research efforts related to floating solar photovoltaics (FPV). Other work in her portfolio includes providing technical assistance to U.S. and international partners on transitioning to clean energy and conducting power sector modeling and analysis. She also has professional experience in energy consulting and distilling complex technical information to policymakers and the general public.

Diana Connett

Diana co-led ADB’s first climate change policy based loan this year in the Philippines and previously led ADB’s first gender mainstreamed energy sector results based lending program. Diana is ADB’s focal for energy operations in the Philippines.

She has worked in energy and climate change across Southeast Asian countries for the past 6 years and previously worked in corporate and operational management in a private sector energy company with international operations, as well as in CSOs and international institutions.

Maria Goravanchi

Maria Goravanchi is a Managing Director at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s (DFC), formerly the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). As DFC’s regional representative based in Bangkok, she is responsible for business development in the Lower Mekong, specifically Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand. Ms. Goravanchi brings over 15 years of private and public sector finance experience in underwriting, structuring and negotiating investments in emerging and frontier-market nations.

Nisha Menon

Nisha Menon, Chief Consultant, DESL, has over 26 years of experience in sustainable energy and climate action. She is a mechanical engineer with a masters degree in energy conservation and management. She has worked in energy management (buildings, industries and urban (municipal) infrastructure and renewable energy (biomass, small hydro power generation and municipal solid waste to energy).

Surbhi Singhvi

Surbhi is a renewable energy solutions enthusiast and an ambassador of electrification. In her current role at WBCSD, she is supporting businesses to scale up deployment of clean and renewable energy technologies to make their businesses more sustainable, both environmentally and economically. Prior to joining WBCSD, she has worked with various consulting and research organizations in the renewable energy space.

Dana Kenney

Dana Kenney is an energy and climate change expert with more than 30 years of professional experience, including over 20 years in developing countries. She is currently working at Abt Associates’ headquarters, focused on business development and marketing of Abt innovations in the energy and environment sectors. She served as Chief of Party of the recent 5-year USAID Clean Power Asia program, focused on scaling up investment in renewable energy in Southeast Asia.
