Hiram Kuykendall has focused on assisting public and private sector organizations with creating governance structures that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities for the past 13 years. Part of his governance work focuses on helping organizations create procurement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and industry practices.

Tom Morley

Tom Morley leads on international CCUS engagement and strategy at the UK Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Tom acts on behalf of the UK as Co-lead of the CEM CCUS initiative (alongside the USA, Saudi Arabia and Norway) and further represents the UK in key international CCUS fora. Tom has worked in both public and private sector settings, previously providing environmental and sustainability assessments in the UK.

Belinda Hewitt

Belinda’s work at ADB focuses on enhancing the resilience of infrastructure, cities and communities in Asia and the Pacific. Belinda’s background is in engineering, environment and GIS. Over the last twelve years she has worked closely with public and private sector, NGOs and international organizations to deliver climate and disaster risk assessments; resilient infrastructure projects and strategies; and mapping and information management support for humanitarian responses across Africa, Asia and the Pacific.
