Ms. Chandy Chea has close to 20 years of experience working on gender and development, gender-based violence, HIV/AIDS awareness, capacity-building programs, and advocacy with various organizations including ADB, United Nations, non-governmental organizations (NGO), and community-based organizations (CBO). 

Sweta is the current Youth Project Coordinator of ADB Youth for Asia (YfA) Bagmati Project. 

Iris Caluag is a development professional with experience in project management, team leadership, research, technical writing, and advocacy. She holds an academic background in development policy and environmental management. As a former meaningful youth engagement specialist at ADB Youth for Asia, she supported policy advocacy on women’s economic empowerment, youth employment, and meaningful youth engagement in the Asia-Pacific region.

Eva is a proud young Panamanian and an enthusiast of youth leadership. With international experience in two different regions across the world and in four different countries, she has discovered through the years that she is a firm believer in the power that lies in young people.
