Sok Sokunthea joined ADB in January 2011 at ADB Cambodia Resident Mission as a Senior Procurement Officer. He was mapped to be a Procurement Staff under PPFD, ADB in April 2024 as Principal Procurement Officer. He holds a Master of Policy Science in Economics from Saitama University, Japan in 2007.
