Jelson has over twenty years of strategic management of complex programs, international policy advocacy, and campaign strategy around development finance and resource governance in the Asia Pacific region with attention to environmental and social safeguards, accountability, financial integrity, and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, he was engaged with UN's High-Level Panel on Financial Accountability, Transparency and Integrity (FACTI) and the Asian Development Bank's ongoing stakeholder engagement to review and strengthen its safeguard policy and implementation framework.

Ms. Sharlene Shillingford-Mcklmon is Senior Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She is assigned to the South Asia Transport portfolio and is outposted to the Bangladesh Resident Mission. Prior to joining the ADB, Sharlene headed the East Caribbean Mission to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium where she worked for 3 years primarily on negotiation and mobilization of development finance with the European Commission.

Jason M. Chung of Virginia currently serves as the U.S. Alternate Executive Director where he represents the United States on the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank. Prior to his appointment, Jason served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Public Affairs. His portfolio included matters related to international affairs, development finance, CFIUS, trade and bilateral relationship between the U.S. Treasury and ministries of finance of other nations. Anbu Anbumozhi is a Senior Energy Economist at the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), Indonesia. His previous positions include Senior Capacity Building Specialist at Asian Development Bank Institute, Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo, Senior Policy Researcher at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies and Assistant Manager in Pacific Consultants International, Tokyo.
