Lucy Stevens is a senior international development leader with over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering inclusive urban services across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. She possesses proven expertise in sustainable waste management, urban WASH, energy access, and the circular economy. Her background includes strategic programme leadership, policy influence, donor engagement, and cross-cultural team management. Stevens is committed to empowering grassroots actors and strengthening systems through evidence-based, climate-resilient programming.

Prof. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, a distinguished emeritus professor at the Asian Institute of Technology, is the founding director of the Air Quality Nexus Center which aims to explore interconnections between Air Quality, Human Health, Ecosystem Health, and Climate to maximize multiple benefits from emission control actions. With over 35 years’ working experience, she is internationally recognized for her work on air pollution and climate which provides science-based information to formulate environmental policy and improve public health. Prof.

Leyli Pulatovna Seytova is the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan. She has held senior leadership roles in environmental governance and public administration, contributing to the development and implementation of policies aimed at addressing ecological challenges and promoting sustainable development in the region.

Stefan Werland is Co-Head of the Berlin Office and Senior Researcher at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment, and Energy gGmbH, GIANTS Project, where he leads work on energy, transport, and climate policy with a strong focus on sustainable mobility and international cooperation.

Werland holds a Magister Artium in Political Science, Sociology, and Geography from the University of Trier (2005), complemented by studies at Institut d’Études Politiques Bordeaux (2002–2003).

Shirish Sinha is the Executive Director of Programmes at Clean Air Fund, bringing over 28 years of expertise in climate change, energy, and sustainable development policy. He leads the Fund’s expanding national and regional programmes, focusing on transboundary air pollution and its global impacts.

Abdul Hakim Ab. Rahim is a development and project management professional specialising in green transportation, sector decarbonisation, and sustainable mobility. He serves as Manager for Sector Decarbonization at the Malaysia Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), leading national initiatives under the Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint, including electric vehicle infrastructure, hydrogen mobility, and low-carbon transport strategies.

Since joining IGES, Kaoru Akahoshi has been involved in research work on Co-benefit approaches to climate change and pollution issues, international discussions and negotiations, and providing information and advice to the Japanese Ministry of the Environment as a member of the governance team.

Since 2021, she has been involved in a government funded research project on S-20 "Research on mitigation to climate change and environmental impacts caused by short-lived climate forcers" as one of the some theme leaders.

James Morris is a Programme Officer in the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC). He is involved in various activities related to the CCAC, including administering the Trust Fund, managing CCAC-funded projects, organizing governance meetings and workshops, undertaking advocacy and communication work, and reporting on progress. His role is crucial in supporting the CCAC's initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of its strategies to reduce short-lived climate pollutants.
 

Firdha Laila Amalia is a Program Officer at the Resilience Development Initiative, where she contributes to initiatives focused on sustainable development and environmental resilience. She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, specializing in pollution control and prevention technologies. Her academic background has shaped her strong interest in clean water and wastewater treatment, advanced treatment systems, sustainability, and renewable energy solutions.
