Leyli Pulatovna Seytova

Leyli Pulatovna Seytova is the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan. She has held senior leadership roles in environmental governance and public administration, contributing to the development and implementation of policies aimed at addressing ecological challenges and promoting sustainable development in the region.

Seytova has a diverse professional background in both legislative and financial governance. She previously served as a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and was a member of its Budget and Economic Reforms Committee. Earlier in her career, she held key administrative roles, including serving as head of the finance department of Nukus district. Her experience across government institutions has enabled her to contribute to policy development, economic reform discussions, and environmental management initiatives in Uzbekistan.
