Manager, MGTC Profile / Bio Abdul Hakim Ab. Rahim is a development and project management professional specialising in green transportation, sector decarbonisation, and sustainable mobility. He serves as Manager for Sector Decarbonization at the Malaysia Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), leading national initiatives under the Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint, including electric vehicle infrastructure, hydrogen mobility, and low-carbon transport strategies. He is also the National Project Manager for a GEF–UNIDO funded climate-smart transport project, overseeing multi-stakeholder coordination, donor reporting, and capacity-building efforts. Dr. Hakim holds a PhD in Engineering and advances Malaysia’s low-carbon transition through practical implementation and strategic policy alignment.
