Dr.Jose Bienvenido Manuel M. Biona is currently the Executive Director of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines and a Full Professor of Mechanical Engineering of De La Salle University. He is also the founding and current Executive Director of the Enrique Razon Jr. Logistics Institute of the same university. He is also member of the board of various clean transport start-ups.

Damayanti is a deputy director for complaints, compliance, and administrative sanction and director General of Law Enforcement for Environment and Forestry at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia. She is responsible for coordinating environmental inspectors to increase compliance levels all over Indonesia. Since 2015, she has worked as a program manager and has initiated programs focusing on the development of DG Law enforcement.

Kathleen is the Coordinator of the Thematic Hubs of the Urban Living Lab Center (ULLC), a UN-Habitat Collaborating Center, at Urban Electric Mobility Initiative (UEMI). In this role, she works closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including partner universities, NGOs, think tanks, Living Lab cities, and young professionals across both public and private sectors. Her collaborative efforts are focused on capacity building for the transformation of urban mobility, energy, and resource sectors.

Aditya Mahalana is a graduate of Universitaet Leipzig in Germany with an M.S. in Sustainable Development, focusing on sustainable urban and regional planning. He is a Senior Researcher of the International Council for Clean Transportation with more than 15 years of experience in the field of urban sustainability, climate change mitigation, and transport and energy. He co-authored various research publications for the transport sector, including Viet Nam fuel efficiency, ASEAN soot-free vehicles, and emission standards and fuel quality.
