Ahn Meg Adonis leads the Sustainable Transport Program of Clean Air Asia. Meg supports the management, implementation, and coordination of projects of Clean Air Asia and provides required technical and administrative support to guide specialists and researchers to effectively implement projects. Her work focuses on the areas of clean fuels and vehicles, fuel economy, low-emission urban development, active transportation, green freight and logistics, and electric mobility.

Dr. FU Lu is the Regional Director for South-East Asia at Clean Air Fund, a global philanthropic organization working with governments, funders, businesses and civil society organisations to create a future where everyone breathes clean air. Based in Bangkok, she provides strategic and programmatic leadership in South-East Asia. Previously, she headed the China Program of Clean Air Asia (2013-2025), and worked with UNEP Regional Office for Asia and Pacific. Dr. Fu holds a doctorate and Master’s degree in Environmental Law.

Before her current role at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Faela Sufa served as the Director of the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) Southeast Asia, where she provided technical assistance on implementing sustainable urban mobility in approximately ten countries and over 15 cities. Her primary focus was on promoting public transport innovations, including financing mechanisms, electrification of transportation modes, non-motorized transportation, transportation demand management, and public transport policies.

Mr. Anshuman Varma is currently the Deputy Head of the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization (CSAM), a regional institution of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Beijing. In this role, he oversees the implementation of a wide range of programs for sustainable agricultural mechanization in the Asia-Pacific region and leads the development of new programs and projects. He arrived in Beijing in December 2016.

Shirley Rodrigues was appointed as London's Deputy Mayor for Environment and Energy in October 2016. Previously, she oversaw a global climate change grants portfolio at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), developing their cities and climate strategy. In other senior environmental roles, she devised and delivered a range of environmental policies and programs in London, nationally, and internationally. 

Yidan Chu is a Researcher and co-coordinator of the Cities cluster at the ICCT. Her current research focuses on EV markets, policies, and technologies. Ms. Chu holds a Master of Environmental Policy from Duke University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Hangzhou Dianzi University (China). Before joining the ICCT, she conducted research projects on EV charging policies (China and the U.S.) and battery technologies.

Hanna Boogaard has more than 20 years of experience in air pollution epidemiology. She is a Consultant Principal Scientist at the Health Effects Institute (HEI) in Boston, MA, an independent research organization with balanced funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the motor vehicle industry. She received a PhD in 2012 in air pollution epidemiology from Utrecht University, Netherlands. She studied the health effects of traffic‐related air pollution and the effectiveness of traffic policy measures.

Raymund Abad leads the Sustainable Transport Program of Clean Air Asia. He supports the management, implementation, and coordination of projects of Clean Air Asia and provides required technical and administrative support to guide specialists and researchers to effectively implement projects.
