Hyunjeong Jin

Hyunjeong works on the plastic pollution and marine litter efforts of the Coordinating Body on the Seas of East Asia Secretariat, administered by the United Nations Environment Programme. She has worked with local and national governments, businesses, and coastal communities on solutions to prevent plastic pollution and protect marine and coastal ecosystems in the East Asian Seas region. Her areas of expertise include ocean governance, marine litter knowledge management, and fostering regional and global cooperation to address marine plastic pollution. 

Angela Aquino

An engineer and environment specialist, Angela is part of the team implementing the ADB-funded technical assistance on the Pasig River Plastics Digital Twin Project, which supports plastic waste monitoring and modelling using digital tools. She also currently serves as the National Climate Change Specialist for the Green and Resilient Cities Project of the United Nations Development Programme, funded by the Global Environment Facility.

Jamie Naval

Jamie is passionate about utilizing design to address textile waste while generating sustainable livelihood for women, particularly in her role in Anthill Fabric Gallery. Anthill is a social and cultural enterprise dedicated to preserving Philippine weaving traditions and creating sustainable livelihoods by celebrating and elevating Filipino culture through contemporary and circular design. She is also the Founder and Chief Toymaker of TenTwenty Kids, an earth-loving and educational toy brand for kids using upcycled textiles with the help of partner artisan nanays (mothers).
