He is involved in initiating and leading action research related to corruption, service delivery, business ethics, economics, and climate change. Corruption is secret, complex and hidden in nature. 

It is also worth noting that research is one of the prevention and education strategies of the ACC and provides an evidence-based systemic and policy recommendation to improve systems and the way business is conducted.

She has a long track record in developing and leading social innovation programs for multiple stakeholders worldwide, amongst others for UNDP Macedonia.
