Du Jinmei

Senior Specialist and senior engineer, Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE). She has worked in the field of ecological protection for nearly 20 years, successively engaged in environmental monitoring, nature reserve management, biodiversity protection, implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity, GEF project management, construction of national park system and mechanism, access and benefit sharing of biological genetic resources(ABS), and the Partnership of business and biodiversity in China.

Gao Aimei

Ms. GAO started her career in ecological rehabilitation since the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources, People’s Republic of China, in 2018. She is involved in coastal wetland policy making and rehabilitation projects. Prior to that, she had been working in National Administration of Mapping, Survey and Geo-information, Beijing Bureau of Land Resources, and Shijiazhuang Bureau of Land Resources,etc. mainly on the management of land and its sustainable use.

Yu Qian

Yu Qian is China Program Director of International Crane Foundation (ICF). Before joining ICF, she worked for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) for 12 years. She provided technical support to the development of “China Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan (2011-2030)” which was issued by the State Council in 2010, studied US land tenure model introduction to China, and managed external affairs of TNC China.

Nicolas Rossin

Nicolas Rossin has been a regional task team leader on biodiversity for the Agence Française de développement (AFD) since 2017. He’s currently based at AFD regional office in Beijing where he’s in charge of the projects portfolio on biodiversity and natural capital in China (including the China Biodiversity Facility) and Vietnam. He joined AFD in 2002 and has since worked in operations, both in the field (regional office for South Pacific in New Caledonia and country office in Mauritania) and at headquarters.
