Sarah Colacci

Sarah is a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department at ADB. She currently provides strategic procurement guidance and advice to the Agriculture, Food, Nature and Rural Development Sector Group for the Central West and East Asia regions.  

Before joining ADB in Jan 2022, she worked in the procurement and legal divisions of the UN Secretariat Office in Geneva and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. As a licensed lawyer, she also worked in a civil law practice in Montreal.

Elsa Ronterre

Elsa Ronterre is an Integrity Specialist at the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In the Prevention and Compliance Division, she assists in identifying red flags and other potential risk areas that could adversely impact ADB or the implementation of its projects, including any perceived reputational risk.

Before joining ADB, Elsa was a Senior Compliance Officer at the French Development Agency (AFD) Compliance Department in Paris, overseeing integrity risk reviews in financed projects and AML/CFT trainings.

Cristina dela Peña

Tina dela Peña, a Prosci-certified professional, began her career in ADB as a developer for legacy applications. In 2019, she transitioned to the IT Learning Team as a trainer. She now serves as a Change Manager under the Change, Communications, and Digital Capability (C3) group, focusing on supporting people through change, building readiness, and enabling successful adoption of digital initiatives and new ways of working.

Pierre Dyens

Mr. Dyens is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of diverse international experience across private and public sectors.

He joined the Bank in 2015 and currently serves as Principal Human Resource Specialist in the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department: as Business Partner, he supports internal clients in their strategic recruitment and talent management activities.

He is also responsible for the Talent partnership program, facilitating secondments arrangements and sponsor-funded programs with ministries and institutional stakeholders.
