Mukta Malhotra is a national of India and is currently working as Public-Private Partnership Specialist in ADB since 2018. She covers projects across sectors spanning from hard infrastructure projects viz. Road, Water to social infrastructure projects viz. healthcare, education, etc., in Central West Asia and South Asia region as part of Office of PPP.

 Lindsay Renaud is a Results Management Specialist and ADB’s focal point for the Design and Monitoring Framework and Development Effectiveness Review.  Before joining ADB, Ms. Renaud was the Results Management Specialist at the Caribbean Development Bank, where she led the Results Unit of the Strategic Planning Division. In 2013-2015, she was a Consultant during which time she designed and implemented Result-Based Management and Monitoring & Evaluation systems for various clients, including MDBs, UN agencies, and government agencies.

 Lloyd Wright is currently a Senior Urban Development Specialist (Transport) within the Central and West Asia Department at the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Mr. Wright assists in the implementation of sustainable urban mobility projects in the Central and West Asia region. Mr. Wright is particularly supporting the development of new initiatives for quality urban public transport systems and non-motorized transport integration.
