Over the past few years, Xian Zhang has always been contributing himself into pushing the work on planning energy strategies, tackling with Climate Change, and also accelerating the development of CCUS technology in China as well as supervising and extending international bilateral and multilateral programs (e.g. CSLF Capacity Building Programs, China-Australia CO2 geological storage program (CAGS), China-EU Cooperation on Near Zero Emission Coal (NZEC), et al.) with international organizations like CSLF, IEA, GCCSI, ADB etc.

Jing Huang is currently the Director-General of the Administrative Centre for China’s Agenda 21 (ACCA21), Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Among his many responsibilities, Dr. Huang oversees several international cooperation programs in the areas of Sustainable Development and Climate Change. His portfolio also covers the management of the National Key R&D Program of China in areas including Biotechnology, Water Resource, Marine Environment, Deep-sea Exploration, Natural Disaster Prevention and Relief, Solid Waste Management, etc.
