Per Börjegren

Per Börjegren is a Principal Education Specialist in ADB’s Human and Social Development Sector Office, managing projects and technical assistance across all levels of education.

Prior to joining ADB, he worked in South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East on behalf of the German government. Per is supporting regional bodies as well as national and provincial governments to expand and improve the quality of their education systems. Per holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. 

Sang Hyon Lee

Mr. Lee is a Research Fellow at the Korea Employment Information Service, 2006 Previously, he was Director for International Cooperation Team and for Employment Service Evaluation Center, among others. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Korea University of Technology and Education in 2013. His thesis was on the Impact of Servant Leadership and HRM Control on the Burnout and Engagement of Emotional Workers: The Case of Career Counselors.

Suwanna Chivapruk

Ms. Chivapruk, a pediatric nurse turned educator, is the current Roong Aroon School Academic Director. She has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Waldorf Education teacher training qualification. Her educator’s career path started as a Preschool Coordinator for the Indo-Chinese Refugee Children, the Consortium (USA), Thailand. She worked as the Early Childhood Co-coordinator with Save the Children Foundation to empower a community in Thailand. In 1996, as her passion in holistic education and belief in lifelong learning grew stronger, she joined Roong Aroon School.
