Noraini Binti Idris

Ms. Idris is an educator, consultant, and distinguished mathematics educator. She holds PhD from the Ohio State University, USA has been a Fulbright Research Fellow. She has published in a variety of national and international publications, and has presented papers both nationally and internationally. She has also conducted several researches with UNESCO, the British Council, Australian and Japanese institutions (Melbourne, Sydney, Sumitomo).

Chihmao Hsieh

Mr. Hsieh is Research Professor of Entrepreneurship and Founding Executive Director of the Center for Global Entrepreneurship at SUNY Korea since 2017. In the 12 years before that, he led the design and coordination of the entrepreneurship curriculum at the University of Missouri (USA), the University of Amsterdam (Europe), and Yonsei University (Korea). Haiwoong Park

Mr. Park is the Vice President of External Affairs and professor at Korea University of Technology and Education. While working as the professor, he has contributed to the field of TVET in many ways. He developed the TVET management master course for ASEAN countries, which is a scholarship program for TVET policy makers, and also taught in the program since 2017. He has been the program director and professor for TVET teachers retooling program in Indonesia. Park is also in-charge of TVET teachers training program for 6 ASEAN countries under Korean Government ODA fund in 2019 and 2020.

Ma. Mercedes Rodrigo

Ma. Mercedes T. Rodrigo is Executive Director of Areté and a Professor at the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science. She is also the head of the Ateneo Laboratory for the Learning Sciences (ALLS), a member of the TPD@Scale Coalition. Her fields of specialization are technology in education and educational data mining. Most recently, she and her team have developed mobile games for literacy and augmented reality applications for museums.

Cesare Onestini

Cesare Onestini was appointed Director of the European Training Foundation by the ETF Governing Board on 22 May 2017, and confirmed by the European Parliament on 30 May 2017. He took up his post on 1 September 2017.
