Melita Grant

Melita Grant specialises in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and integrated water resources management (IWRM) in international development, with a focus on inclusion. She has worked for over 17 years’ in government, university, and civil society sectors. With a background in International Relations and Environmental Management, Melita has expertise in a range of sustainable development issues, and has applied this in Indo Pacific and Australian contexts.

Amanda Satterly

Amanda leads the efforts of ADB’s private sector operations to integrate gender into its investment projects and operations. She joined ADB in 2019 after a decade of working to increase the gender inclusiveness of private sector operations in African-based businesses, prior to which she was a management consultant and an investment banker.  

Julie Dekens

Julie joined IISD’s Resilience Program in 2010 and has been an active member of the Secretariat for the NAP Global Network since its inception in 2014. She co-leads the Network’s work on gender-responsive NAP processes and on monitoring and evaluation. In addition, she coordinates technical support programs for NAP processes in the Pacific region and Francophone Africa.

Parimita Mohanty

Parimita Mohanty has more than 18 years of experience in sustainable energy, women’s economic empowerment and climate change and has worked on evidence-driven, gender inclusive policies and strategies, technology transfer and climate action plans in more than 15 countries.
