ADB Data Room: Pakistan Resident Mission's Capacity Development Resource Center (PRM CDRC)
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Pakistan Resident Mission’s (PRM) Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC) conducts capacity development programs on ADB procedures, project implementation, international best practices, and thematic topics to support executing agencies (EAs), Implementing Agencies (IAs), and other stakeholders involved in ADB assisted projects on project design, implementation, and evaluation.
The CDRC programs are demand-driven and contextual and are arrived at based on training needs assessment. Resource persons for the programs are drawn from experts and practitioners from ADB, national, and international institutions.
Training programs are conducted in collaboration with partner organizations and national institutions and involve domestic professionals for synergy, economy, and long-term sustainability. The CDRC programs are tailored to enhance the performance of ADB-assisted projects and programs, reinforce overall development effectiveness, and unlock the country's economic potential.
