Digital technologies enable governments to fundamentally transform the way they operate and deliver services to people by improving efficiency, governance, and transparency.

This Week's racks provide an opportunity to discuss new ideas and discover synergies and collaboration opportunities for ADB and its partners in creating supportive ecosystems for start-ups in the region and explore best practices of an integrated, citizen-centric, and whole-of-government approach to the building blocks of digital government.
