SERD Policy Network Workshop: Measuring the Impact of COVID-19
9 to 10 November 2020

ADB's Southeast Asia Department organized this policy workshop where relevant staff shared insights on how countries are responding to various impacts of COVID-19 on developing Asia. Day 1 featured discussions on green and social bonds, green recovery, and small and medium enterprises and labor support. Day 2 focused on how to reach the poor and vulnerable, particularly the women, costs and benefits of suppression policies, and using satellite data for analysis.
