This presentation discusses innovative green finance mechanisms that leverage public funds to catalyze private capital in accelerating green recovery strategies. COVID-19 will have severe negative impact on most SDGs and in order not to reverse the gains made in past years, it is critical to attract private capital from all sources to bridge massive financing gaps.
