Xu Yuebin is professor in School of Social Development and Public Policy and Director of Research Center for Aging at Beijing Normal University. His research interests includes social policy, social assistance, child welfare, and elderly care. 

Dhiman Dasgupta has 25 years of experience in leadership roles across leading medical device corporates and geographies.

He is currently the Managing Director of Draeger ASEAN. Before this, he worked as Senior Director for Asia Pacific GETINGE Group Acute Care Therapies  ( Japan, China, South East Asia, India, ANZ, Korea, & Thailand markets). He also worked as Vice President of Maquet Cardiovascular. 

Ms. Thuy Bich Tran is the Country Director of HelpAge International in Viet Nam. She has more than 25 years’ working experience in the development area and of those 20 years working in ageing. She is one of the founders of community based, appropriate, comprehensive, and affordable model in Viet Nam, so called Intergenerational Self-Help Club (ISHC), which promotes healthy and active ageing in Viet Nam, using intergenerational approach.

Chang Liu, PhD, is Managing Director for ACCESS Health Greater China and Southeast Asia. He is responsible for the health and aging innovation platforms and leads the research and consulting work for the region. Chang Liu has authored a number of publications, including the Singapore overview for the International Profiles of Health Care Systems from 2017, published by The Commonwealth Fund and London School of Economics, and the epilogue to Affordable Excellence, which documents progress toward sustainable high-quality healthcare in Singapore.
