Emma plays a crucial role in our European Union-funded project “Support to better improve the capacity of communities to better manage water resources”.
Carmine is the CEO of Nauru Utilities Corporation in Fiji. Prior to this, he was the CEO of the Land Transportation Authority in Fiji. He also worked as a Manager of Regulation and Pricing at Goulburn-Murray Water.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide.
