She is the Artistic Director and Founder of the New Voice Company (Philippines), producing political theatre work. She also produced Eve Ensler’s “The Vagina Monologues” around Asia since 2000, helping change laws on sex trafficking/domestic violence in the Philippines with performances in the Senate and Congress.

In the past, she has worked with UNDP Bangladesh and been directly involved in the administration of the Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Facility where she worked closely with disadvantaged ethnic minorities groups.
