Manoj Sugathan

Manoj Sugathan is the Head of Chip, Contactless and Urban Mobility Programs at Visa Inc., based in Singapore and covers markets in Asia Pacific. In this role, he has overseen the implementation of successful Visa tap too pay programs across retail and urban mobility segments in over three dozen countries. He has been with Visa since 2002 and prior to his current role he was responsible for EMV Chip migration programs in various Asia Pacific countries. Prior to joining Visa, Sugathan ran the Asia Pacific Application Development Centre at Verifone, based in Singapore.

Tuul Badarch

Tuul has worked in various sectors of ADB’s operation in Mongolia, including transport, energy and social protection. Currently, she is responsible for the urban development sector and manages several ADB-financed projects aimed to improve utility services and management in provincial towns. Prior to joining ADB Mongolia Resident Mission in 2005, she was a project manager for a World Bank-funded urban project and a researcher in the Democratic Party of Mongolia.
