Maneesh Mishra

Dr. Maneesh Mishra is the Executive Vice President of Strategy, the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). He focuses on initiatives and good practices in promoting the social inclusion of social identity groups and poverty reduction.

Dr. Maneesh spoke about how inclusive design of skill development and entrepreneurship programs can help navigate through barriers of gender, caste, and intersectional disadvantages.

Victoria Austin

In 2016, Victoria Austin co-founded and is now the CEO of the Global Disability Innovation Hub. She works with over 70 partners in more than 41 countries on programs that total about £50m.

She is also an Associate Professor of Social Justice and Innovation at UCL Engineering. She is also the Co-Director of the WHO-UCL Global Collaborating Center on access to Assistive Technology. 

Pallab Chakma

Currently, he is working as Executive Director of Kapaeeng Foundation (KF), a leading indigenous peoples’ organization in Bangladesh that works for the promotion and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples. Pallab has been working for indigenous peoples’ land rights for the last 14 years. He has a Master's in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of South Australia.

Pallab will serve as one of the Global Council representatives from Asia.
