Inspired by her immigrant family’s entrepreneurial journey, Kajal Sanghrajka started her first business while studying in New York after a successful corporate career working in the City and on Wall Street, She leveraged her knowledge in Strategy and Operations to bootstrap and scale her first business in New York. Today, Kajal, an entrepreneur, advisor, and keynote speaker, draws upon her experience transitioning from corporate and academia to a portfolio entrepreneurial career.

Volker Schmid is the Head of Asia Pacific of Festo Didactic SE. 

Dr. Markus Wächter is the Managing Director of TUM Asia, the subsidiary of the Technische Universität München (Technical University of Munich, TUM) in Singapore. Dr. Wächter has over 15 years of experience heading the institute, which was set up as the first German academic venture abroad in 2002. Dr. Wächter himself is an alumnus of the TUM, where he completed his degree in Mathematics with a subsidiary in Physics and subsequently received his Doctoral degree in Engineering from the Technische Universität München (TUM) in 2004.
