Devin Woods

Devin is the Program Manager for International Development Programs at Big Bad Boo Studios. He is responsible for the design and implementation of Big Bad Boo Studios’ international programming division. With over a decade of experience in philanthropy, international and community development, he has implemented multi-million-dollar educational development projects in collaboration with funders including USAID, the U.S. State Department and Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

Mint Lim

Ms. Lim is the founder of School of Concepts in Singapore. She started tutoring from the young age of 16, fresh out of Raffles Girls' School. Few knew that she had learning needs. A Sunday school teacher at her church noticed her learning disability and helped her learn phonics. She had to devise her own learning strategies and through perseverance, she managed to score well for her Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). Those strategies complemented by her teaching experience, Lim created the 'scaffolding' technique used widely in her curriculum.

Eiko. Izawa

Ms. Izawa currently leads and manages the Project Administration Unit of the Social Sector Division of ADB’s Central and West Asia Department. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the education sector in working with JICA and eventually ADB, she was able to help expand operations for education, health care and social protection across Viet Nam, Cambodia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Thailand, People’s Republic of China, Mongolia, Timor-Leste, Sri Lanka, Belize, Mauritania, Segal, Genie, El Salvador, Bolivia, and Japan.
