Sang Hyon Lee

Mr. Lee is a Research Fellow at the Korea Employment Information Service, 2006 Previously, he was Director for International Cooperation Team and for Employment Service Evaluation Center, among others. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Korea University of Technology and Education in 2013. His thesis was on the Impact of Servant Leadership and HRM Control on the Burnout and Engagement of Emotional Workers: The Case of Career Counselors.

Haiwoong Park

Mr. Park is the Vice President of External Affairs and professor at Korea University of Technology and Education. While working as the professor, he has contributed to the field of TVET in many ways. He developed the TVET management master course for ASEAN countries, which is a scholarship program for TVET policy makers, and also taught in the program since 2017. He has been the program director and professor for TVET teachers retooling program in Indonesia. Park is also in-charge of TVET teachers training program for 6 ASEAN countries under Korean Government ODA fund in 2019 and 2020.

Andrew Khaw Hong Cher

Andrew is the Regional Director of Corporate Affairs for Southeast Asia and Oceania region of Samsung Asia. His role is to build relationships with government and government-related bodies in support of Samsung’s business and the countries’ digital transformation, working with his team in each country where Samsung has a presence. He has 20 years of experience in the public sector. Andrew has a great track record in engaging business owners and working with governments.

Thawatchai Punnikul

Mr. Punnikul is the Senior Professional Director, Ubon Ratchathani Vocational College. He was the Head Administrator when the APACC accredited the Golden Medal Standards with 474 points in 2018. He was also the Administrator when it received The Best School Royal Award in 2015 and 2017. He has received many awards, including Best National Administrator proclaimed by the Teacher Council of the Ministry of Education and Best Administrator proclaimed by the Vocational Education Commission, both in 2019.  Mr.

Maria Clara Ignacio

Ms. Ignacio is the Center Chief of TESDA Women's Center (TWC), one of TESDA’s Technology Institutions where she has been serving for the last 20 years. She is concurrently the Administrator of TESDA’s National Language Skills Institute since 2010. Ms. Ignacio is a certified member of the National Gender and Development (GAD) Resource Pool of the Philippine Commission on Women since September 2014. She holds Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and Master of Science in Food Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

Naimah Binti Md. Khalil

Naimah is the Director of Polytechnic Sultan Azlan Shah (PSAS), Malaysia since August 2018. Previously, she was the Head of the Civil Engineering Department and Principal of Kuala Selangor Technical School. Her involvement in TVET spans over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor in Architecture and Environmental Design (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, Masters of Education in Vocational Education and Training from the University of London, and a doctoral degree from the National University of Malaysia.
