Utsav is currently the Country Deputy Director of ADB Sri Lanka Resident Mission, South Asia Department. Before this, he was the Principal Country Economist. 
He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
 

Ms. Nurkuzieva, Senior Portfolio Management Officer, Uzbekistan Resident Mission, has worked with management of ADB-funded sovereign portfolio for over 6 years. Prior to joining ADB, she had held various positions at the Ministry of Finance over her 16-year tenure and worked with appraisal and monitoring of IFI and bilateral donor-funded projects, and public external debt management. She holds a master’s degree in business administration.

Asif Turangzai is Associate Project Officer, Pakistan Resident Mission. He is geo-spatial engineer by background (Specialization in GIS and Remote Sensing) and working in the field of Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction & Management, and Resilient Urban & Regional. Prior to his joining as staff, he worked as consultant with Asian Development Bank (ADB) for 5 years and supported ADB to implement the disaster risk reduction output under the Flood Emergencies Reconstruction and Resilience project.

Ms. Shanny Campbell is the Country Director of the Tajikistan Resident Mission. She is leading ADB’s operations in Tajikistan and supervising the formulation and implementation of ADB’s Country Partnership Strategy which will support the country’s national development goals and reforms.
