Tanja Kuchenmuller

Tanja Kuchenmüller, M.A., M.Sc, coordinates, leads and manages ad interim the Knowledge Management, Evidence and Research for Policy-Making unit (KER); Division of Information, Evidence, Research and Innovation (DIR) at the WHO Regional Office for Europe. DIR/KER has the mandate to support Member States in strengthening capacity for generating health research, following globally-accepted ethics principles, providing access to scientific knowledge and translating the best available evidence into policies and practice.

Zolzaya Lkhagvasuren

Zolzaya Lkhagvasuren is a Senior National Programme Officer at the Swiss Development Cooperation Agency (SDC) Mongolia. Zolzaya has more than 15 years of experience in the joined SDC about 10 years ago during which she has responsible for the portfolio that aims to contribute to the strengthening of  good governance and civil society development, in particular through the support for reforms related to decentralisation, democracy and civic participation in Mongolia. 
 

Jose Antonio Tan III

Mr. Jose Antonio Tan III is currently Director at ADB’s Southeast Asia Department where he handles operations in Public Management, Financial Sector and Trade.  He had also held several positions in ADB - as Advisor at the Independent Evaluation Department, Senior Advisor to the Vice-President for Knowledge Management and Sustainable Development and Senior Economist at the Central and West Asia Department. Prior to ADB, he had worked with the Government of the Philippines as Deputy Treasurer of the Philippines and officer at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Emma Fan

Emma Fan has been with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2002. She jointed ADB’s East Asia Department (EARD) as the Director for Public Management, Financial Sector, and Regional Cooperation Division (EAPF) on 29 July 2019. EAPF covers a diverse range of operations, including on public sector management, financial sector development, regional cooperation, public private partnerships, and as EARD’s focal point on nonsovereign operations.

Dr. JONG WOO KANG is principal economist at ADB’s Economic Research and Cooperation Department. He is a seasoned economist with extensive knowledge and experiences on policy and strategic issues. He was Senior Advisor to the Managing Director General of ADB and Senior Economist at Strategy and Policy Department at ADB. He leads the annual publication of Asian Economic Integration Report.
